Philippine Inland Island Missions

The service page template contains specific service-related schema.org microdata that helps search engines understand your content.

Is a ministry of “Ministering to the saints” in the areas of medical missions and providing support materials for pastors & churches.

The ministry started as a burden in the hearts of Nolan (a Mech. Engineer) and Arlene (a Medical Doctor) Diaz in 1987. While the couple were invited in some local Independent Bible Baptist Churches, they were moved by the plight of poor Filipino Pastors, wives and their children as well as their church members who cannot afford medical treatment.

Sometime in that year, they were both introduced to an Australian missionary to the Philippines who had the same burden. Allan Crampin (The australian missionary) felt that he could do more to spread the Gospel of Christ by helping Filipino pastors in terms of physical-medical and financial support by raising it in Australia, so he went back to Australia and started to raise support for such cause.

Allan Crampin then founded Philippine Inland and island missions (Australia). With GOD’s precious promise that “Faithful is He who calleth you, who also will do it” (I Thess 5:24). the couple together with the help of Allan Crampin put their financial resources in buying medicines, spending for operations for sick Pastors, members of their family or church members.  They spend time to go to remote and depressed areas bringing along their children who also help in the clinics.

Soon, many local Pastor were writing them to visit their churches. In 1996, their own church, Cebu Bible Baptist Church, pastored by Dr. Armie Jesalva a ministry of the late Rev. Bob Hughes, recognized their work and appointed Nolan together with Dr. Felicilda (M.D) to head the CAREER TEAM, a group of young professionals. Dr. Felicilda, Dr. Sherry Ann Desquitado (M.D) and several nurses worked hand in hand with Dr. Arlene Diaz in the medical clinic, Dr. Laura Codilla, a dentist also joined the Team. Nolan, also formed a Gospel Saturation Team for winning of the LOST To Christ.

Later on sometime in the year 2000 other concerned ministries in the United States started to join in the cause. Dr. Roger Bryant a dentist based on Oklahoma has been a regular supporter and dentist in the free clinics. Engr. Nolan Diaz went to the United States of America and met Charlie Sickles who turned out to have a similar ministry to Philippine inland and island missions. Since then, Charlie Sickles together with Fruitful Harvest ministries has been very active in reaching the lost for Christ here inn the Philippines.
