HISTORY
The holding company was conceptualized and incorporated in 2009. The Diaz family who started out their core business in the funeral industry felt the need professionalize and centralize all the business interest and dealings. Since that time Zana Holdings Corporation has been working on a lot of corporate in house clean up and restructuring and has since then diversified its business interest and supported causes.
