Zana Holdings Inc. is a Philippine based holding company with interest mainly in funeral servicing, casket manufacturing, mortuary supplies and equipment, memorial services and anything related to the funeral industry. The holding company currently owns subsidiaries of two funeral brands and engages in full scale casket manufacturing

HISTORY

Zana Holdings Inc. was conceptualized in 2009. The Diaz family who owns the various subsidiaries of the holding company felt the need professionalize and centralize all the business interest and dealings of the family. In 2010 Zana Holdings has been working on a lot of corporate in house clean up and restructuring. The holding company looks forward to a more organized corprate setup in the next 3 years.
